All Night Graduation Party

The All Night Grad Party committee will be meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month in the Zimmerman High School Media Center.

Greetings parents of 2012 graduating seniors:

This "all night extravaganza" is an annual tradition that follows the graduation ceremony.  It is hosted by ZHS parents to provide a safe and memorable celebration as a gift from the community.  The graduates are bused to the Mermaid Entertainment and Event center where they enjoy a buffet dinner, casino games, bowling, video arcade, photo booth, great gifts and prizes, etc., etc.  

We will be collecting the forms and money during the seniors' lunch periods on Fridays during March and April (when school is in session).  You may also mail in the form and a check to All Night Graduation Party, PO Box 12, Zimmerman, MN 55398.

We are pleased to be able to keep the price at the same level as the previous few years but are still looking for donations to ensure we can deliver the same amount of fun and prizes.

Some other items on the form worth noting:

-You can still volunteer to help with the final preparations and at the event center.  (And THANK YOU to those who responded to our earlier request for help.  We will be getting back to you with a tentative schedule/job outlines in May)

-Dustin Hoeper took a picture last fall of the Class of 2012.  He has made 12x18 copies available for purchase for $15.  He donates all of his proceeds to the All Night Graduation Party fund.

-A DVD will be made of the graduation ceremony and portions of the all night party.  It is available for pre-sale for $10 and will be mailed out approximately 2 weeks after the event.
