Head Coach-Rita Belka

Coach Belka enters 2010 in her third season as head coach. Before being named head coach, she spent eight years as the head coach at Delano High School bringing them to a state tournament appearance in 2001. Belka was also the head basketball coach at Delano for eight seasons. She teaches math in the middle school.

Originally from Victoria, Mn and Chaska High School where she made two state volleyball appearances as an outside hitter. Belka is a graduate from Mankato State University. She also earned her Master's Degree from St. Mary's University. Belka played basketball at Mankato State University where she was a four-time letter winner, captain, and all-conference.

Coach Belka is married to husband Joe. They live in Otsego and have two sons, Jordan and Peyton.

Junior Varsity Coach- Emily Zahn

Coach Zahn will be in her second season as the Zimmerman Thunder junior varsity coach.

She has taught art at Zimmerman Middle/ High School the last two years, and is the Head Softball coach.
